Texarkana Texas police are asking for the public’s help to identify two suspects who recently used stolen credit cards to buy hundreds of dollars in gift cards. Surveillance video shows their faces and unique tattoos, and pictures are posted on TTPD’s Facebook page. Anyone who recognizes them is asked to call TTPD at (903) 798-3116 or Crime Stoppers at (903) 793-STOP.
