A Texarkana courier is suing Steward Health Care, parent company of Wadley Regional Medical Center. Minter Services filed suit January 19th in Bowie County, alleging Steward did not pay for courier and mailing services, mileage and expenses during 2023. Owner Patricia Minter claims she provided services to Wadley before Steward bought the hospital in 2017 and alleges she was often paid late or less than the invoice amount. She is seeking $250,000 in relief.
