After opening a 50-year old time capsule during Texarkana’s 150 year anniversary this year, the TXK 150 Committee is seeking artifacts for a new time capsule to be buried in December and opened in 2073. Items of general interest like pictures, publications, brochures and programs can be dropped off at the Texas side city hall during November.
